The Banksia Hummus Challenge

We would love to see how you bring Craig’s signature Banksia Hummus recipe to life at home.

Create your own version of Craig Rogan’s hummus, style it your way and send us a photo of the finished dish. Craig will personally judge the entries and select his favourite.

The winner will receive a special prize from The Banksia, as well as the chance to have their hummus crowned Craig Rogan’s top pick.

Terms:

The prize must be redeemed at The Banksia bar and restaurant.
The prize must be redeemed before 30th April 2026 and is subject to availability.
Entrant’s must enter their first name, last name, email and birthday on our website to have a valid entry.
The competition will close on the 29th January 2026 at 11:59pm.
The competition winner will be drawn within seven days of the competition closure date.
The competition excludes entries from Countrywide Hotels employees and Hotel Indigo Leeds & The Banksia employees.
The competition winner will be selected entirely at random.
When booking your prize, please notify the team on booking at you are redeeming your prize.
If the winner wishes to upgrade the prize and add accommodation, they must agree this with the hotel directly and settle any additional expenditure prior to their visit. Any additional expenses that occur during the visit must be settled before departure.
The prize will be non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
